How does it work?

1. Register first, then submit a repair request
2. Box it up and ship it to us along with the Job ID we provided
3. We repair your device and ship it back to you

After your repair is complete, we create an invoice that is easily paid online using PayPal or any major credit card.

You can monitor the status of your repairs on our website.  We also provide you with return tracking info so you know exactly when your device will arrive.   If we are not able to repair your device, you will only have to pay return shipping.

Our current turnaround time is: 
5 to 10 business days on routine repairs
10 days and up on non-routine
