If we're unable to recover or repair your device, we will charge only for return shipping.

Questions Before You Ship?

Your passcode is required for data recovery & for some (but not all) repairs.

We specialize in Apple iPhone, Samsung Galaxy (S, Note, Fold, Flip, A-series), iPad, and Google Pixel. Some other devices may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

If we are not successful then we charge only for return shipping.

You ship your device to us using any major carrier & include your ticket number with the package. Once complete, we will ship it back to you and provide tracking. For return shipping we normally use UPS Ground unless you request different shipping.

When you submit your request, describe the issue and we can provide an estimate based on your description. Exact pricing may vary once your device is evaluated but we will inform you of any additional costs before proceeding.
