2. LICENSE GRANT
================================================================================
2.1 Grant of License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and

================================================================================
3. FILE MANAGER MODULE
================================================================================
3.1 Description. The Software includes a File Manager module that provides
direct file system access to connected Android Devices via Android Debug
Bridge (ADB). Unlike the data recovery features, the File Manager enables
both read AND write operations on the device.
3.2 File Manager Capabilities. The File Manager allows You to:
(a) Browse and navigate the file system of connected Android Devices;
(b) Download (copy) files from the Android Device to your computer;
(c) Upload (copy) files from your computer to the Android Device;
(d) Create, rename, move, and delete files and folders on the Android
Device;
(e) Perform other file management operations.
3.3 Risk Acknowledgment. YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
(a) The File Manager can MODIFY, DELETE, and ALTER files on your Android
Device;
(b) Improper use of the File Manager may result in DATA LOSS, application
malfunctions, device instability, or other adverse effects;
(c) The File Manager provides direct access to system areas that, if
modified incorrectly, could render your device inoperable;
(d) You are SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for any changes made to your Android Device
using the File Manager;
(e) Licensor is NOT LIABLE for any damage, data loss, or adverse effects
resulting from your use of the File Manager.
3.4 Consent Requirement. Before accessing the File Manager for the first time,
You will be presented with a warning dialog describing the risks associated
with file management operations. By accepting this warning and proceeding
to use the File Manager, You confirm your understanding and acceptance of
the risks described in Section 3.3.
3.5 Distinction from Data Recovery. The core data recovery and export features
of the Software are designed as READ-ONLY operations that extract data from
Android Devices without modification. The File Manager is a separate,
optional module that provides READ-WRITE capabilities and carries
additional risks as described above.
3.6 Recommendation. Licensor recommends that You:
(a) Create backups of important data before using the File Manager;
(b) Exercise caution when deleting, moving, or modifying files;
(c) Avoid modifying system files or files in system directories unless You
fully understand the consequences;
(d) Use the data recovery features (read-only) when your primary goal is
data extraction.
================================================================================
4. LICENSE ACTIVATION AND VALIDATION
================================================================================
4.1 Activation Requirement. The Software requires online activation using a
valid License Key. Activation binds your license to specific Device
hardware identifiers.
4.2 Device Limitations. Each License Key may be activated on a limited number
of Devices as specified in your license tier. You may view your current
activations through your account at www.ststele.com.
4.3 License Validation. The Software performs online license validation upon
initial activation and when the Software detects it has been moved to a
new device or after an operating system reinstall. An active internet
connection is required for validation.
4.4 Offline Grace Period. If the Software is moved to a new device and cannot
connect to the license server, it will continue to function for up to seven
(7) days. After this grace period, full functionality will be suspended
until online validation is completed.
4.5 Perpetual License. Your license is perpetual, meaning You may use the
Software indefinitely. Your one-time purchase includes all future updates
and new versions of the Software at no additional charge.
4.6 Deactivation. You may deactivate the Software from a Device to free up an
activation slot for use on another Device. Deactivation requires an active
internet connection.
4.7 Hardware Changes. Significant hardware changes to an activated Device may
require reactivation. If you exceed your activation limit due to hardware
changes, contact office@ststele.com for assistance.
================================================================================
5. DATA HANDLING AND PRIVACY
================================================================================
5.1 Local Processing. All data recovery and export operations are performed
locally on your Device. The Software does not transmit your recovered data,
personal files, messages, contacts, or any content from Android Devices to
Licensor or any third party.
5.2 License Validation Data. During license validation, the Software transmits
only the following information to Licensor's servers:
(a) Your License Key;
(b) A Device identifier (derived from hardware characteristics);

OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY, OR INTEGRITY OF ANY
RECOVERED DATA.
